Their niche market depleted and their senior leadership jumping ship, a mobile software company struggled to define its identity. Armed with only their IT Service Management (ITSM) applications and collaborative ambition, they asked PlazaBridge Group to help them recreate their corporate strategy to deliver growth and new revenue.

SOLUTION

PlazaBridge Group’s inserted its executive strategy team, then identifying the client’s core competencies. Leveraging this into a new leadership team, PBG conducted intensive strategy sessions with the client to define the long-term goals and vision for the company. Slowly transitioning control to the client, PBG researched a new market segment for the client and defined a business development strategy. The client was overjoyed to have a validated sales pipeline complete with a forecast and a contact management system.

RESULTS

The client had a new corporate strategy in their hands within 90 days. The plan allowed them to penetrate previously unoccupied market segments and helped them sign accounts like Amazon, eBay, the Department of Defense, and the US Army.
