A CEO of a regulatory compliance management company in the life science industry required advice in regards to funding from venture capitalists. Revenue growth was decreasing and the board dissatisfied, the CEO needed to employ a new corporate strategy to generate enough revenue and formulate a 5 year corporate strategy for growth.

SOLUTION
