CHALLENGE

The Kitchen & Bath Channel is a dual-purpose suite of cross platform, multi-delivery tools linking homeowners with kitchen and bath professionals. Their website provided a starting point for customers to find quality kitchen and bath professionals in their area. Their smart phone app was intended to do the same.

Unfortunately, the developer did not deliver a quality product. Not having great knowledge on the mobile app industry, K&B needed expert development resources to turnaround current delayed project and to move forward on limited resources while also developing a business strategy to grow beyond mobile applications.

SOLUTION

Since the mobile technology had to be quickly rebuilt, PlazaBridge Group took the opportunity to restructure and improve the user interface design of the website to enhance customer experience. They also incorporated greater database management features in the app to then feed into the website. To grow the client beyond their application business, PlazaBridge Group streamlined the business model, engaged our sales talent to conduct business development and sales as well as engaged PBG Interactive team to run their social media strategy including a YouTube channel, Facebook and Twitter pages, and blog.
